We didn't start this from a desk. We started it from a boat.

We spent years working in yachting — and used UK property investment to create the option to come ashore on our own terms. Landfall exists to give other crew that same choice.

The money is good. But where is it actually going? After years working aboard superyachts, that question never had a good answer. Savings sat idle. Property felt out of reach.

We built Landfall so crew could invest without being in the UK, without prior experience, and without it becoming a second job. Property shouldn't be something you get around to eventually — it should be working for you now.

If the timing isn't right, or the numbers don't work for you, we'll say so. We'd rather lose a client than put someone into an investment they shouldn't be making.
