From first conversation to first rent cheque

Discovery call

We start with a conversation — no obligation, no pressure. We'll learn about your income, savings, timeline, and what you're hoping to achieve. We'll also be upfront if we don't think the numbers work yet, or if Landfall isn't the right fit for your situation.

Property sourcing

Once we're aligned, we go to work finding the right property for you. We focus on high-yielding freehold terraced homes in carefully selected UK cities — properties with strong tenant demand, solid fundamentals, and real long-term value. We don't send you a list and leave you to decide; we present what we believe is the right option, with clear reasoning.

Deal negotiation

We negotiate the purchase price on your behalf. Using local market knowledge and comparable data, we work to secure the best possible deal — saving you money before you've even signed anything. You'll be kept informed throughout but won't need to be involved in the back-and-forth.

We introduce you to professionals we know and trust, who have specific experience working with superyacht crew. We coordinate everything needed to get your property tenanted — liaising with letting agents, overseeing any minor works required, and ensuring the property is in great condition for its first occupant. By the time we hand over, your investment is earning. From that point, your letting agent manages the day-to-day and you get on with your job at sea.
