Yes. We introduce you to specialist brokers who work with superyacht crew regularly. They understand foreign currency payslips, irregular schedules, and extended time away — and know which lenders will work with you. Most crew are surprised by how much they can borrow.
We charge a sourcing and service fee, discussed openly before you commit to anything. No hidden costs. You'll know exactly what you're paying from the outset.
No. Everything — mortgage application, legal process, contract signing — is handled remotely. We work with solicitors experienced in acting for clients based abroad for work. All paperwork is signed electronically.
None at all. We guide you through every stage in plain language. Most of our clients have never bought a property before — that's exactly who this service is built for.
We focus exclusively on freehold terraced houses in carefully selected UK cities. Freehold means no ground rent or service charges. These properties attract long-term tenants, deliver strong yields, and are straightforward to manage remotely. We don't invest in flats, new-builds, or leasehold properties.
From first call to tenanted handover, typically 3–5 months — depending on mortgage processing and the legal timeline. We keep things moving and keep you updated throughout.
We introduce you to a trusted local letting agent who manages everything ongoing — maintenance, rent collection, tenant communication. Your involvement after handover is minimal by design. The income arrives; you get on with your job.
